Hike Leader

  • Must have good Time Management skills!

  • Gather feedback from participants about the experience and inviting them to return with friends, remind group to please submit feedback survey that will be sent on Sunday

  • Take selfies/photos and upload for Social Media Manager



  • Must like interacting with people!

  • Ask participants how they enjoyed their experience

  • Tape testimonials and upload for Social Media Manager

  • Share H2Y events on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor)

  • Always having event flyers on hand & telling everyone about H2Y!


Volunteer Coordinator

  • Working with Founder to coordinate coverage schedule with Hike Leaders, Mat Valets and Ambassadors

  • Weekly check-in to upload photos and videos to Dropbox

  • Ensure that Ambassadors and all volunteers have ample supply of flyers


Social Media Manager

  • Working with Founder on social media marketing strategy

  • Schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

  • Coordinating Teacher Videos

  • Use of proper hashtags on Instagram and YouTube

  • Collect and organize teacher media items 


Grant Writer

  • Work with Founder to apply for grants:

    • The California Endowment

    • The California Wellness Foundation
