By establishing connection between the breath and movement, the goal is to release daily burdens and to cultivate healthier habits. Laurie is also the founder of Hike to Yoga LA, with the mission to increase community wellness through nature and yoga.

For 15 years, Danielle has worked as a holistic health counselor, yoga teacher, mother, studio owner, and aerial yoga teacher trainer. Her passion to help students see their greatest value and to move into a place where everything is possible. She likes to break the idea of what people think yoga is or supposed to look like or who is supposed to be doing it. She loves her daughter, her dogs, trying new things, making new friends, and watching people bloom.

De Jur has been a yoga devotee for the past 18 years. Yoga has given her the gift of aging gracefully. She loves teaching yoga to people that may not believe they can do yoga. De Jur is looking forward to teaching yoga in her favorite kind of classroom...in nature. She is looking forward to the debut of the book Accessible Yoga, Poses and Practices for Every Body, by Jivana Heyman, later this year where. She is one of the featured models.

Alli (She/Her) is a 300RYT certified yoga & meditation facilitator (Black | Queer | Femme) and social change advocate from LA. She is focused on increasing access to self-care rituals & practices for marginalized bodies, people & organizations for healing in hopes of creating a more compassionate, just & loving world. Alli currently has a 3-part meditation series in collaboration with adidasWomen x Wanderlust which can be found on her website. In addition, she is launching the South LA Wellness Project, bringing inclusive accessible yoga + meditation throughout areas of South LA in June.

I am Mijean and I am a Certified Breathologist, 300 hour Yoga Teacher, and MiniYogis Teacher and a Senior Accountant with the focus on Compliance. I am currently obtaining my MBA and enjoying discovering and learning how I can share love and talents with my environment. I am working with a phenomenal fitness and health systematic coach on creating a health system program responsible for the yoga segments of the program. I love to travel, meet new people and be accessible to the community.
